Country house with annex, garage, farm buildings and big plot of land situated in the outskirts of a lively village 60 km away from Vratsa, Bulgaria. The house has two floors. Downstairs there are corridor, basement and one more room which is used as storage. Through a separate entrance located to the side of the building one enters into the second floor. You go into a lobby which leads to a common room connecting three other premises – bedroom, master bedroom and living room. From the living room one can go into the kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen also has a separate entrance through a terrace – nice sunny place where you can enjoy a cup of tea or coffee in the morning. Next to the main building is the annex. It consists of two separate sections. One of them holds a big living room with dining area which is now converted into something like a workshop and storage. The other section of the annex holds a short corridor, living room with kitchenette and another room. On the opposite side of the house one can find a small cabin which holds a fresh water well. This building is supplied with electricity so water can be taken out from the well not only by the old fashioned way with the bucket but also with the help of a modern electric pump. Most of the land in the property is located behind the main building. There used to be a big vegetable garden here and in one of the corners of the plot one can find a few old farm buildings. This is the area where years ago animals used to roam and live. Currently all of these buildings are in relatively bad condition and can be demolished to make space for new structures. At the opposite end of the property is the garage. It provides space for one car and also has a pit so one can do some repairs, adjustments and checks easily. The property`s main entrance is from a quiet side street while the gate and the garage can be entered from another road. The village where the property is situated is one of the biggest in the area. It has several grocery stores, café-bars, school, kindergarten, church, post office, mayor`s office, etc. There is regular bus transport to the seat of the local council which is a town about 5 miles away from here. There are also buses going to the regional center Vratsa and the national capital city Sofia. A river runs through the village and its surrounding area thus providing nice spots for fishing.
