Old rural house with spacious yard and quiet location situated in the
outskirts of a big village 25 km away from ski and spa resort in
Bulgaria. The house has two floors. The ground level consists of two

administrative services), library, post office, local chapel, bars,
coffee shops, etc. The people here are good and warm welcoming. There
are already a few properties purchased by foreigners and some of them
live here all year round while others use their houses as holiday
homes. The distance to Sofia International Airport is about 120 km so
depending on the traffic it takes about 80-90 minutes to reach the
