It is available and habitable. We have been decreasing the price in the past years. We can go no further. As the images show, a little cleaning is necessary because nobody has lived there for some time.
Don't ask for more photos because these are the only ones I have. I tried to photograph as much as possible. I also put some photos of a public area with a path in the wood located at about 50 metres from the house, just to give an idea of the surroundings. If you like walking you will enjoy the many paths in the woods leading everywhere.

Cheap place to live.
It is a peaceful medieval village in the centre of the Regional Park "Roccamonfina-Foce del Garigliano". A perfect place to enjoy a comfortable retirement or to spent holidays any time of the year.
Age-old traditions in a non-polluted environment, relax among trees, clear brooks or near the little waterfall five minutes walk from the house, away from the hustle and bustle of big cities like Rome or Naples.
You can spend a day in one of the world-famous places.

Rome (about an hour and a half by train or about one hour by car)
Naples (about 50 minutes by car or about an hour and a half by train)
Pompei-Ercolano archeological areas, Sorrento, the Amalfi coast (about an hour and a half by car or about two hours by train), Montecassino Abbey (about 20 minutes by car or 25 minutes by train).

Ski slopes nearby:
Roccaraso (AQ) -> about 1h 25m by car.
Campitello Matese (CB) -> about 1h 35m by car.

Nearest airports:
Capodichino (Naples) -> about 70 km by motorway (there are also trains and busses)
Ciampino (Rome) -> about 120 km by car, about 2 hours by train (fast trains do not stop in Ciampino)
Fiumicino (Rome) -> about 175 km by car, about 2 hours and a half by trains

Nearest train stations:
Tora-Presenzano -> about 9 km
Mignano Montelungo -> about 10 km
Vairano-Caianello -> about 16 km (also busses)
Cassino -> about 29 km

Annual property tax about €50,00. (only if you have another property in Italy).
Renovated in the 90's, inhabited until 2007. We can arrange a visit anytime you wish.
In case you don't know much italian, I am willing to help at the beginning (applications, government offices etc.).

Everything is connected (electricity, water, etc.).

The house is about 120 m² (square metres).
It belongs to my father`s family.
We sell it just because there are many descendants now and everybody lives and works elsewhere.

Facilities are close. You have small shops but also shopping centres nearby.

There is a large kitchen, a large room with a fireplace a little bathroom on the ground floor, a room on the first floor and one in the attic.
You can build two extra rooms on its side which were destroyed during WWII and not rebuilt due to lack of funds. You have to ask permission for that, of course, but it is not complicated.
The garage doesn't belong to the property.
